What does this mean? There are only a select few pre-order/retail fabric shops in the US allowed to commercially host Lyss Doodles Designs. 

Lyss Collection Print Pre Orders will be submitted with actively running pre-orders OR when no pre-order round is open, submitted to production on the 15th of each month.
