Welcome to Fabric Therapy; where a high dose of fabric therapy is highly recommended! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms, policies, and guidelines; if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
RETAIL ORDERS: Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for retail orders to ship. (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS) Please place preorder and retail orders separately; if preorder and retail are placed together, retail will be held until preorder arrives; or subject to cancellation. We cannot guarantee continuous yardage on retail orders. Please contact us if you require continuous yardage for retail.
PREORDERS: Turn around time for preorders (from the time the round closes to shipping) is approximately 6 to 10 weeks. We will provide round updates via our Facebook group.
RETURN/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of custom fabric orders, we are unable to cancel/change/or edit any orders once they are submitted. Please double check your order and make sure it is correct before submitting. Refunds or returns will only be issued if the fabric is flawed (see Flaw Policy below). We reserve the right to replace the fabric first; a refund may be given if we find that we have made an error. Furthermore, you must report any issue within 7 days of receiving your order - anything after this period we reserve the right to deny compensation or replacement yardage. All refunds will be to your original form of payment. A 10% non refundable transaction fee may apply.
FLAW POLICY: We inspect our fabric to the best of our ability and strive to only send out the best quality of fabric; however, due to how fabric is printed, flaws may happen. Any flaw within 6" of the selvage is not cause for replacement or refunding. In the event that you locate a flaw in the material or the printing larger than 1 inch, please notify us. All flaws/shortages must be reported to us within 7 days following the delivery of your package.
SHIPPING: If you would like your shipping combined, we will combine shipping up to three orders. For combined shipping, please contact us with your order numbers prior to the orders being processed for shipping. Our shipping is determined by weight by our website when you checkout. All packages over a pound are sent via USPS or UPS with insurance and tracking.
CONTINUOUS YARDAGE: We cannot guarantee continuous yardage for retail orders; if you require continuous yardage, please contact us prior to purchasing. On preorders, we will try to provide continuous yardage up to 10 yards, but is not guaranteed.
